American Service Group was formed in September 1996 and incorporated in 2000. We maintain a full staff of highly skilled, experienced service technicians with extensive backgrounds servicing elevators in industrial environments. Our Certified Elevator Technicians (CETs) receive continuous factory training to maintain certifications and to enhance the skills and services we provide for our clients.
On March 1, 2015, we signed an agreement with Alimak, becoming the only authorized Alimak service provider in the United States. This partnership enhances our installation and maintenance abilities and extends our service offerings to our customers.
January 1, 2016 saw another milestone for ASG as we moved to Rockport, Indiana. Our new location affords us six new offices, over 1,500 sq/ft of parts storage and 2,000 sq/ft of shop space. This centralized location was chosen to better serve our wide customer base. At the new location, we installed an Alimak rack and pinion elevator as another tool we use to further train and teach our technicians.
